Anne Stokes is a graduate of the London Institute of Psychosynthesis, has completed a psychotherapy training and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Psychosynthesis Therapeutic Counselling.

She later went on to train as an addictions therapist spending three years working as a therapist within a residential setting for the treatment of addictions.

Anne holds a Diploma in Addictions Therapy validated through The Priory.

Anne also holds a Diploma in Casework Supervision and offers supervision to counsellors and other therapists and mental health workers.

In the past year Anne has introduced to her practice Bioresonance therapy, using the e-lybra system in which she is trained and certified as a practitioner.

The e-lybra offers many psychological benefits for issues including but not limited to, childhood trauma, depression, stress and anxiety, compulsive behaviour, overeating, excessive use of alcohol and smoking, general energy balancing, detoxing, chakra and meridian balancing.

Prior to becoming a therapist Anne had a business background within the travel and leisure industry and has lived and worked overseas for almost 20 years. She is a fluent Spanish speaker.

Anne is passionate about Psychosynthesis and the transformative effects therapy can offer the individual and has been in private practice for over a decade.
