Hello and welcome to my website.
My name is Bernadette and I would like to introduce myself.
I began my working life in Business and in the Public Sector. It's quite probable, ( and possibly the reason why you are reading this), that you - like myself, realised that just when everything seems to be 'OK' life has a habit of presenting us with the unexpected!
We then have to make the decision whether to fight against what we have in front of us, or try to 'fit in' - or to do what feels right and move with the flow of our lives even though it might feel scary at the time. I eventually made the decision to move with the flow of my life and found myself teaching Counselling and Psychotherapy.
Since then I have become self employed and now work from my Clinic in Stockton Heath in Warrington and The Hale Village Therapy Centre in South Manchester as a Counsellor, Psychotherapist, Life and Psychological Coach.
Over the past few years I have worked for most major Organisations in the North West including Asda, Pepsico, Walkers, GMPTE and a number of Local Councils including Halton, Warrington, Blackburn, Burnley and Wyre, Insurance companies as well as the BBC Radio.
I am qualified to work in a number of areas and as such I work with my clients in a way which I believe will be the most beneficial to them.
Some of the areas I work with include Depression, Stress, Psychosexual Therapy, Life Changes and decisions, Work based issues and relationships.
Due to the confidential nature of my private work and my work within the NHS and Relate, I am fully insured and also fully Police checked.
